Kasia Swierczynska
As Chief Operating Officer of both Orender Unlimited and Generation W, Kasia Swierczynska is known better as the “Chief Get It Done Officer.” Kasia manages the day-to-day operations of both organizations, ensuring that financial and project management are handled with efficiency and excellence.
Kasia left Jacksonville in 2006 for New York City to grow her business management expertise with industry-leaders such as Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA), Nygard International and Ameriprise Financial. She returned to Jacksonville following the first Generation W in 2012, inspired to follow her heart and contribute her outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills to grow the mission and strategic goals of Orender Unlimited and Generation W.
